I think I'd skip cookies altogether and use two buttery waffles! Then I'd sandwich maple ice cream (or maybe coffee... or maybe both!) in the middle and drizzle a tiny bit of warm maple syrup over the top. It would be breakfast and dessert all at once! ππ¦
